Welcome to Body Solutions Training Center!
Are you ready to join the only FDA-approved hair removal field that guarantees permanent results? At Body Solutions Training Center, we offer a comprehensive program in partnership with Dectro International, the leaders in electrolysis technology. Our goal is to provide the most advanced, hands-on training paired with an in-depth, flexible online theory course designed for the working individual.
Located in Rochester, MN
At Body Solutions Training Center, we offer a structured learning experience split into two parts:
Online Theory (250 hours)
Gain a deep understanding of electrolysis from the comfort of your home through our online, independent study program. You’ll have 3 months to complete this portion before advancing to hands-on training.
In-Person Classroom Training (110 hours)
The hands-on part of your training takes place over 14 consecutive days, where you’ll learn to apply electrolysis techniques on models and fellow students. This practical experience will give you the tools and confidence to either start your own business or work in established practices.
With flexible start dates in January, April, June, and September, our program is designed to fit into your schedule without taking too much time away from your life at home.
Meet The Instructor
Heidi Alberts brings 8 years of professional experience in electrolysis and 2 years of teaching expertise to her role as an instructor. As a Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE), she is also trained in advanced techniques such as thermocoagulation, which addresses skin conditions including cherry angiomas, spider veins, and skin tags. Heidi is certified by Dectro International, a recognized leader in the industry, and our school maintains a partnership with them to ensure high-quality training standards.
Her teaching approach emphasizes practical, hands-on learning, providing each student with individualized instruction. Class sizes are intentionally small to allow for direct, focused guidance. As a dedicated member of the American Electrology Association (AEA), she regularly participates in national conferences, where she gains continuing education credits and stays informed of the latest technological and procedural developments in the field.
Our program offers specialized training for transgender surgery preparation and focuses on the thermolysis method of electrolysis. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
What Happens After Training
Upon completing our Electroepilation Program, you’ll be fully prepared to sit for your state’s board exam and/or the Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) exam, offered by the American Electrology Association. While this certification is not mandatory, it is highly recommended, as it opens doors to advanced career opportunities and demonstrates a higher level of expertise in the field.
